Return and shipping policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ORIGINAL ARTWORK.

Please refer to full and detailed art pictures BEFORE purchasing. Choose your artwork carefully as we DO NOT accept returns on original art. All original and special edition items are final sales. 

RETURN POLICY FOR PRINTS

If you are not satisfied with a print or other product (except originals) you may return it for a refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving the item.  Please email [email protected] if you are not satisfied with a print and wish to return it.  ALL items must be shipped back in their ORIGINAL packaging and the item must be UNDAMAGED in order to receive a full refund.  Please not that SHIPPING is NOT refundable and it will be deducted from the original refund. You. must provide a tracking number for your returned item.  Proof of purchase is also necessary to initiate a refund.  Original art and/or special editions are NOT refundable. 

Damaged Artwork

If you notice damage upon unpacking your art work, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will issue a refund upon receiving proof of purchase and the returned damaged artwork in its original packaging.  Please note that all original art cannot be replaced.  SHIPPING is NOT refundable and it will be deducted from the total refund.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.  You will receive a shipping confirmation number or tracking number once your item has shipped. 

Our items are shipped in a secure, sturdy packaging to avoid damage to the piece.
